Testers Wanted for Lopapeysa

I am calling test knitters for my new round yoke seamless sweater. This pattern knits up in Aran weight yarn and is suitable for knitters, who have some experience with stranded and circular knitting. For more info and to volunteer, head to my Ravelry group LaKalinka knits.

Pattern information: This sweater is worked seamlessly from the bottom up to the underarm, then joined to work in a round yoke. Short rows are added to shape the neckline. The sleeves and body are separated and worked in the round.

Size finished after blocking
Chest: 81, 92, 100, 110, 117 cm / 31,8”, 36,8”, 39,3”, 43,3”, 46”.
Hip: 90,100, 110, 120, 126 cm/ 35,4”, 39,3”, 43,3”, 47,2”, 49,6”.

Yarn
Aran weight yarn.
Yarn suggested: Lettlopi

The original sweater is knitted with with Hjelholts Uldspinderi Håndværksgarn, 100% Wool, 219 yards(200 meters)/ 100 grams (3.53 ounces) – 4,5 skeins in color 18 Mørk Grøn,
1 skein in color 07 – Æblegrøn
and DROPS Big Delight Print in color 07 sunrise – 1 skein.

Gauge 18 sts and 26 rnds in St st with needleUS 6 – 4.0 mm

Deadlines: please have your finished/blocked sweater photos ready by October 30.

A note on modifications:
I’m open to modifications to sleeve and body length.

New stranded colorwork pattern Jablonka

My newest mittens Jablonka.  Knitted in four colors they can be an absolute eye-catcher!  “Jablonka” means in Russian „an apple tree“. The name sounds in Russian very warm like a name for a girl and a young women. It is more exact to say „ jablonka“ means „ a lovely sweet apple tree“.
